A reservation deposit is required to hold your event on our calendar. Until it is in, the date stays open to other bookings.
The remaining balance is due before setup on the day of your event, so there is nothing to sort out while your guests are arriving.
Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will forfeit the reservation deposit. If severe weather makes your event unsafe, we will reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
We proudly serve El Paso, Las Cruces and surrounding communities. Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee.
